Inwise is our billing platform, built for small and medium businesses that want quotes, branded invoices and recurring billing handled in one place rather than assembled from spreadsheets and reminders.
It covers the full billing loop — quotations through to paid invoices — with proration, tax handling, WhatsApp and email delivery, offline payment recording with proof, and a client portal for viewing balances and history. The platform is API-first, with versioned REST endpoints, scoped API keys and signed webhooks for teams that want to integrate billing into their own systems.
We built this for our own invoicing needs first, which is why it stays focused on the billing workflow rather than trying to be a full accounting suite.
